AFAS HR Consultant:

As an experienced AFAS Consultant HR, you support the Credendo HR team in efficiently configuring the AFAS software. In this way, you help the team make the most of the possibilities that AFAS offers. All of this contributes to more insight, lower costs, and greater job satisfaction for the HR team and its internal customers. Configurations and optimizations in AFAS, as well as HR processes, hold no secrets for you.

What are your responsibilities?

• Testing the implementation — You perform tests, guide UAT, and monitor the quality of the AFAS configuration.
• Translating HR needs — You analyze the client’s requirements and translate them into a clear functional setup in AFAS, so that AFAS or our external implementation partner can proceed smoothly.
• Optimizing HR processes — You thoroughly understand HR work processes and propose improvements that align with the capabilities of AFAS.
• Knowledge sharing and guidance — You guide the HR team in new functionalities and provide clear, practical manuals.
• Change management — You support colleagues in adopting new working methods and ensure a smooth transition.
• Collaboration with stakeholders — You work closely with the HR team, the external implementation partner, and the Credendo HR Project Manager.

• Hybrid availability — You work an average of two days per week at the Brussels office.
