You will strengthen the ARNE environment team as an analyst and tester for the management of the digitization of environmental permits and unique permits. This team relies on other people/skills that are part of SPW Digital and SPW TLPE. You will mainly be assigned to the business side to understand the context and objectives, clarify their needs, and model/document their expectations. You will support the project managers in determining these needs and modeling/documenting the business expectations.

As an analyst and tester, you will work closely with the SPW Digital team in charge of the coordination and transversal steering of the program, as well as with all relevant stakeholders.

In this context, your responsibilities are as follows:

• Understand the context and objectives of the spatial planning business;
• Model business expectations by highlighting all data flows and exchanges between the different actors, both internal and external, in these processes. This analysis must be carried out transversally between several departments and serve as the basis for a requirements specification;
• Define the functional and non-functional requirements of the solution to be implemented in agreement with the relevant business units and the people from SPW Digital involved in the project;
• Lead analysis workshops and the drafting of acceptance test scenarios with the business units;
• Lead, in collaboration with the project managers, the workshops for the execution of tests by the business units;
• Write validation test scenarios in accordance with the test and quality strategy written and approved by the quality manager of the program team;
• Support the business units in executing the drafted test scenarios;
• Communicate and have all deliverables validated by the relevant business units;
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business (concepts, jargon, rules);
• Verify that the chosen solution meets the stated expectations;
• Contribute to the smooth running of the project within the program;
