Change manager
Mission
Support the transformation of the organizational model of an IS department by accompanying structural, human, financial, and operational changes. The Change Manager acts as a catalyst for evolution, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and operational practices, while fostering stakeholder buy-in.
Objectives
- Define and implement a change management strategy tailored to the department's challenges.
- Structure and drive the transformation of processes, roles, and tools.
- Strengthen collaboration between IS teams and business functions.
- Support teams in adopting new ways of working.
- Monitor the organizational, human, and financial impacts of the transformation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a diagnosis of current practices (processes, tools, governance, culture).
- Develop a change roadmap (roadmap, milestones, indicators).
- Organize and facilitate impact analysis, co-construction, and feedback workshops.
- Define and implement a communication and training plan.
- Monitor the execution of the transformation plan.
- Produce structured and tailored materials for stakeholders (management, technical experts, and business functions).
- Ensure risk monitoring related to the transformation.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, Business functions, and PMO departments.
Key Skills
- Change management (ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change, coaching).
- Impact analysis, risk management, and workshop coordination.
- Implementation of KPIs, communication and training plans.
- Proficiency in Agile environments and collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint…).
- Ability to structure clear documents adapted to various levels of the organization.
- Management of complex projects, including in regulated or multi-site environments.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influential leadership.
- Political acumen, diplomacy, and results-oriented mindset.
Desired Profile
- Confirmed experience (8+ years) in change management within IT, organizational, or multisector contexts (energy, mobility, finance, public sector).
- Certification in coaching or change management is an asset.
- Proficiency in French or Dutch, with a good level in the other language and in English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode and interact with multidisciplinary teams.
Additional Information
The mission can be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of: 880 working days.
