The IDM environment based on OpenText at FAVV is running in production on a highly outdated version (4.02). The first steps to switch to a current version (4.9) were taken last year, including the redesign of the IDM drivers and the new version of the “user application.” The complete test environment is ready. Now, it must be documented, and everything must be prepared to allow testing with correct scenarios and to move to production. The go-live and aftercare are also included in this assignment. Below is an overview of the remaining tasks to be performed and the number of days we consider necessary for each.
