Our client is looking for a seasoned SharePoint Consultant (5-9 years of experience) to strengthen our SharePoint program. This is a strategic, temporary assignment where you'll play a key role in supporting technical operations, developing solutions in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and mentoring internal staff to build long-term capacity.

Your Role

1. Operational Support

2. Resolve technical backlog and user requests.

3. Reduce operational pressure on the existing team.
4. Support ongoing and upcoming SharePoint projects (e.g., intranet, migrations).

5. Design and develop solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

6. Knowledge Transfer & Training

7. Mentor and train internal staff in:

   • SharePoint development and administration
   • Power Platform tools
   • SharePoint architecture and service desk operations
8. Contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

9. Create technical documentation, procedures, and standards.

10. Governance & Strategic Development

11. Support implementation of SharePoint governance (access control, data classification, lifecycle management).

12. Help professionalize internal SharePoint management and control structures.
13. Contribute to sustainable knowledge embedding and process development.

Your profile:

• 5-9 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Proven experience mentoring or training colleagues or internal teams.
• Skilled in developing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Structured, proactive, and collaborative mindset.

• Fluent in Dutch or French (both is a strong plus).

• Insight into SharePoint governance, document management, and information architecture.

• Experience in project-based environments or the (semi-)public sector.
• Familiarity with drafting and implementing procedures and standards.
