In light of a potential replacement of a key tool in our IT environment (ERP system), we need to fill in the position of PM to help us set-up the first phases of this Tool Replacement project (RFP creation and vendor/tool selection)

Responsibilities & Task

• Define the approach for the RFP Phase of an ERP replacement
• Create the timeline for the overall project, but with a detail on the RFP phase
• Define the selection criteria for the RFP, based on our actual business processes
• Draft the actual RFP

Experience

• Experience as project manager for similar RFP phases/Tool selection
• Knowledge of different ERP systems a strong plus (Dynamics, SAP, ODOO, …)
• Good ability to translate business processes into functional requirements
