Business analist HRflow
Minstens 1–3 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst in een HR-omgeving.
Aantoonbare ervaring binnen een sociaal secretariaat of binnen een middelgrote/grote organisatie met complexe HR-processen.
- Sterke kennis van HR-kernprocessen:
- onboarding / offboarding (JMLR)
- contracttypes
- tijdsregistratie
- afwezigheden & payroll
- rol- en toegangsbeheer
Ervaring met HRIS-systemen (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, Attentia, E-Blox, Partena, Group S, Acerta, Protime, etc.).
Begrip van datakwaliteit, datamodellen en datastromen tussen HR en IT (API’s, SCIM, CSV-flows, identity lifecycle).
