NTT DATA is actively looking for an experienced PMO. This freelance position is hybrid and based in Brussels.

Your tasks

• Develop and implement a PMO structure
• Organization of necessary training/knowledge sharing for employees current (on-the-job)
• Actively contribute to the management and improvement of different processes applied within the ICT department
• Responsible for the development, documentation and implementation of various processes within the project management team
• With a continuous improvement approach, evolve processes with the needs of the company
• Ensure that processes are followed pragmatically, advise and actively adjudicate on exceptions
• Report to PMO Manager

Scope of the project:

• Delivery of project scope based on business analysis and feedback
• «board» architecture
• Describe project activities
• Determine entry and exit criteria for opening or closing projects (either the deletion of a project or, after the end of the project, the deployment production or other services)
• Alignment of scope, budget, time and other resources
• In collaboration with the project team, monitor defined scope and use budget, time and other resources
• Take care of project documentation
• Ensure the use and application of agreed project methodology in frameworks standardization and the transition from a product-oriented organization to services

• Experience of at least 8 years working in a project team
• Extensive experience in setting up structures + PMO processes and their implementation work
• Works in a solution-oriented manner. Knows how to optimize daily activities
• And renew platforms, systems and working methods
• Develops processes and procedures
