3x Senior Project Leader technique
We are looking for three Senior Technical Project Managers to independently lead a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects with a strong technical, security, and transformation component. Projects will be distributed among the selected profiles.
The Mission
You will take charge of the complete project lifecycle: scoping, approach plan, scenarios, planning, budget, scope, quality, risks, reporting, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
You will mobilize teams, arbitrate priorities, and ensure clear communication with clients, partners, technical teams, operations, and governance.
Terms
· Full-time assignment
· Initial period: from October 26, 2026 to December 31, 2026
· Possible extension in three-month periods, depending on needs
· Hybrid organization: minimum two days per week in the office and up to three days remote work
Desired Profile
· University degree or equivalent experience
· Proven experience in managing complex and large-scale technical projects
· Mastery of deadlines, budget, scope, quality, risks, and governance
· Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, and coaching skills
· Methodical, autonomous, and results-oriented approach
· Proficient in Jira and Confluence; knowledge of ITIL and PRINCE2
· Assets: experience with G-Cloud, social security, healthcare, or public services
· Francophone or Dutch-speaking with active knowledge of the other national language
Environments and Fields
· Securing authentication and communication channels in a NIS2 context
· Containerization of the Adabas database
· Modernization of legacy systems in the L2000 environment
· Stabilization of Solaris platforms and exit Tuxedo
· Implementation of DMFA Rest interfaces and evolution of impacted legacy systems
Associated technologies: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Solaris, and mainframe environments
· Implementation of APIs for consultation of the Adabas database
· Security of platforms and application services
· Adoption of Public Cloud
· CI/CD program
Priority Projects

FTP to sFTP Migration: lead the roadmap, communications with about forty partners, application adaptations, and documentation.

Authentication Modernization: reduce the use of the username/password pair and coordinate changes with stakeholders, ensuring personalized alignments and communications with them.

L2000 / Adabas: stabilize and sustain the critical DmfA/Adabas infrastructure, prepare for the containerization of the DB, and plan legacy migrations. The L2000 is the environment for storing DMFA declarations submitted by employers (DB Adabas).

DMFA / Rest: implement APIs to expose the Adabas database in a standardized way and modify impacted client systems.

Platform Security and Application Enablement Services: harmonize practices, structure a roadmap, and monitor risks and NIS2 compliance.

Public Cloud: support onboarding, technological coherence, management, and organizational impacts (Google Cloud environment or multi-cloud).

CI/CD: reinforce the management of the strategic program and coordination with architecture.
