The purpose of this assignment is to take autonomous responsibility for the management of technical projects.

This is a full-time assignment.

The initial duration of the assignment is from 1/09 to 31/12/2026, renewable in three-month periods depending on needs. Work will be conducted in a hybrid mode, with a minimum of 2 days presence at the office per week and three days of remote work.

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you ensure the complete management of the IT project lifecycle. You are comfortable leading communication with internal and external clients, defining the structure and development of projects and approach plans (scenarios, timings, budget, etc.), and are familiar with project methodologies, which you apply diligently.

You manage and ensure the follow-up of project execution (setting up and calculation of detailed planning, regular monitoring regarding deadlines, budget, scope, and quality, progress reporting and reporting of issues encountered (communication between the parties involved in the project, etc.)).

You stimulate, coordinate, motivate, and support the collaborators involved in the project. Your excellent communication and writing skills, as well as your negotiation abilities and coaching talents, are your main assets. Methodical and organized, you are able to determine priorities and coordinate the different parties involved in a project.

You master the tools Jira and Confluence as well as Itil and Prince2.

You have experience that allows you to manage technical projects operationally in one of the following three domains:

1.1 Containerization of API gateway (Axway) and Adabas databases
1.2 Technological evolution of legacy systems
1.3 Monitoring the versioning of Java applications

2.1 Implementation of cybersecurity, NIS2 and compliance projects (infrastructure part in support of the Program Manager NIS2)
2.2 Implementation of Google public cloud projects in support of the Program Manager

3.1 Implementation of an IAM & secret management service
3.2 Implementation of a Vault service
3.3 Monitoring of other infrastructure projects

With a university degree or equivalent through experience, you have relevant professional experience in the management and follow-up of large-scale technical projects, ideally in a Gcloud environment for social security or healthcare, or with equivalent experience in a public services environment.
