The position is responsible for performing varied administrative tasks with the aim of supporting the administrative processes and the department.

Areas of responsibility:

• Handling, processing, and following up on access to the sites and to documents in the context of the access management system
• Handling, processing, and following up on incoming and outgoing information/documents/(numerical) data to ensure their correct processing.
• Managing interim administration.
• Carrying out supportive and administrative tasks in order to provide support to employees.
• Managing the department mailbox.
• Copying data, files.
• Providing administrative support to the service (e.g., follow-up of files).
• Being responsible for administrative tasks, processing of digital and non-digital data and documents with the aim of supporting the department.
• Being responsible for the management of the documents and files of the service to support the service on an administrative level.
• Archiving various documents and files.
• Entering data into systems.
• Keeping certain databases up to date.
