Job title: AI Consultant

Location:

• Brussel
• Remote location possible (this overrules the stipulation in the Framework contract that “The Freelancer undertakes to provide the Services at the premises of the Customer …”)

Role objectives:

• Conduct a structured AI blueprint analysis of the Credendo SAP for Insurance landscape for the Credendo Single Risk products.
• Review Business Process Documents (BPDs) and Solution Process Documents (SPDs) to identify potential AI use cases.
• Facilitate internal clarifications and stakeholder workshops to prioritize AI opportunities.
• Deliver a consolidated list of AI use cases with agreed priorities and candidates for further investigation.

Phase 1: AI Team Analysis

Inputs: Blueprint documents (BPDs, SPDs) of the projects.
Output: Initial list of potential AI use cases and questions.

Phase 2: Internal Clarification

Inputs: List of potential AI use cases and questions.
Output: Revised list of AI use cases and first priorities after discussions with solution teams.

Phase 3: Review Sessions with BA/IT Analysts

Inputs: Revised list of potential AI use cases.
Activities: 3 workshops with analysts.
Output: Reviewed and refined list of AI use cases and priorities.

Phase 4: Review Sessions with Business

Inputs: Reviewed list of potential AI use cases.
Activities: 3 workshops with business stakeholders.
Output: Final list of AI use cases, including 2×3 candidates for deeper investigation and agreed priorities.

Role responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprint documentation to extract AI opportunities.
• Coordinate internal clarifications with solution teams.
• Organize and facilitate workshops with BA/IT analysts and business stakeholders.
• Consolidate findings into a prioritized list of AI use cases.
• Document and present results to the Architecture Board or project steering committee.

Profile of the possible candidates:

• Experienced AI consultant or business analyst with expertise in blueprint analysis.
• Strong understanding of AI use case identification and prioritization.
• Familiarity with insurance and financial services processes is a plus.
• Excellent facilitation and documentation skills.

Remuneration range:

• 880 €/day

Work hours, travel requirements, etc.:

• Work up maximally 25 days in 2026. As a consultant/freelancer, the AI consultant is free to choose when s/he wishes to work with Credendo or to take holidays.
• Weekly team meetings in Brussels.
