Do you use AI to streamline a business process? Then this might be something for you!

In this challenge, we are looking for a consultant who can help us audit a business process, identify opportunities for optimization, and immediately carry out a POC.

Specifically, this concerns the process in which documents, delivered upon completion of an infrastructure project, are automatically read and categorized into usable information streams:

• Automatic population of the machine database and its parameters, linking the manual
• Reworking the manual into a reusable “manual” or instruction for maintenance
• In-the-field access to the correct maintenance instruction (mobile, geo-based, tag-based, …?)

As part of the entire business process, there is also feedback after maintenance, with a checklist and comments—perhaps a voice assistant could help?

This consulting role analyzes the business process and identifies which digital (AI-assisted?) use cases can be found within, and what added value they could bring to the process. For the first use case, it concerns analyzing the delivered documents and images to extract a number of targeted parameters and thus supplement the machine database.
