Mission Description

STIB wishes to initiate a Proof of Concept (POC) around artificial intelligence applied to its Salesforce Service Cloud (Agentforce) environment.

The AI Expert will be responsible for the design and supervision of this POC, ensuring consistency between business strategy, technical feasibility, and Salesforce AI best practices.

Mission Objectives:

• Lead the functional and technical design of AI use cases.
• Support internal teams in understanding and adopting Agentforce capabilities.
• Guarantee the quality, consistency, and business value of the POC.

General Tasks and Skills

• Analyze and recommend relevant AI features for Customer Care.
• Design the data architectures and flows necessary for the implementation of Agentforce.
• Supervise technical developments and ensure compliance with Salesforce standards.
• Lead functional and technical workshops with stakeholders.
• Evaluate the performance of the POC according to defined KPIs (response time, automation rate, customer satisfaction).

Technical Skills Specific to the Mission

• In-depth expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Excellent knowledge of Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, and Einstein Copilot capabilities.
• Experience in AI architecture design, LLM model integration, and data orchestration.
• Knowledge in AI governance, data ethics, and prompt optimization.
• Prior experience in high-stakes digital transformation projects.

Additional Information:

The mission may be extended for a maximum duration (including initial period) of: 880 working days.
