Analyst-Tester SAP SuccessFactors (Performance Module)

Location: Aartselaar

Project duration: early February to end of October

Aquafin is fully committed to digital HR transformation. After the successful implementation of modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting Marketing, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, and Learning, we are starting in February with the Performance module of SAP SuccessFactors. For this project, we are looking for an Analyst-Tester to strengthen our HR Talent project team.

Your role in the project team

You work closely together with the Product Owner, Business Owner, and Key User. As Analyst-Tester, you are the key figure in testing and validating the solution, and you help ensure a smooth go-live.

What will you do?

• Design & preparation
• Actively participate in all design workshops.
• Draw up, execute, and follow up the associated test scenarios.

• Collaborate on the detailed design and validation together with PO and BO.

• Testing & coordination

• Draw up, execute, and coordinate all SIT and UAT test plans.
• Follow up on the test scenarios and associated tickets in DevOps.

• Prepare and guide UAT test sessions throughout the organization.

• Documentation & training

• Help create manuals for end users.

• Together with BO and KU, prepare and deliver training to various target groups throughout the organization.

• Go-live & aftercare

• Actively contribute to the business cutover to go live.
• Serve as point of contact and support during hypercare.

What do you bring?

• Experience with testing and analysis in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
• Knowledge of HR processes and change management.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on mentality and motivation to help realize a project from A to Z.
