Product Owner Dynamics Finance

The Product Owner Dynamics is responsible for the functional vision and prioritization of enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution, in line with business needs. They act as an interface between business users and IT teams, without replacing a pure functional analyst or a financial expert.

Mission Description:

• Capture client requirements, formalize them, ensure the implementation of the IT solution with the agreed quality, measure client satisfaction, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist the client in formulating their needs. Identify their requirements, notably through interviews, participant observation, document and procedure studies, and event lists.
• Specify client requirements through diagrams and dictionaries, statements in natural language, prototypes, scenarios, or preliminary versions of user manuals.
• Actively participate in projects as a functional analyst.
• Consolidate workload estimates in man-days related to software adaptations and developments.
• Create, maintain, and review operational documentation (procedures, etc.) to guarantee smooth and continuous implementation of services.
• Experience in transformation programs involving the implementation of a CRM solution (Customer Relationship Management and CMT (Case Management tool)).
• Ensure the implementation of digital processes through the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
• Implementation of KPIs & reporting for the implementation project.
• Plan and control the delivery of these software adaptations and developments.
• Support the accounting/finance team in managing their ERP tools.
• Skill in identifying business needs and formalizing requirements to ensure the development of suitable solutions.
• Understanding of IT architecture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hybrid service 3 days/week with a minimum of 1 day on site.
