Beliris has been actively investing in the digitalization of its processes and applications in recent years. Increasingly, the Mendix low-code platform is being used for the development of new applications and the modernization of existing solutions.

To guarantee the continuity, maintainability, and further evolution of this application landscape, Beliris wishes to rely on a team of specialized Mendix profiles. These profiles will be deployed for the analysis, development, expansion, optimization, integration, and support of existing and any future Mendix applications.

The assignments may relate to:

• the development of new functionalities;
• the maintenance and optimization of existing applications;
• the integration with internal and external systems;
• the improvement of performance, security, and user experience;
• supporting migration and modernization processes;
• analyzing and implementing new business needs;
• preparing technical and functional documentation;
• knowledge transfer to the internal teams of Beliris.

The work is carried out according to Agile/Scrum principles and in close collaboration with the business services, the ICT service of Beliris, and any external partners.

The awarding of the assignment is based on the price and skills of the proposed candidates.

The actual start and number of days of this assignment depend on obtaining the required budget. Therefore, the awarding of the assignment does not grant the right to the effective orders of one or more parts of the assignment.

All requested certificates and documents must be attached to the CVs. Documents must be available for validation. Without these documents, your profile may be rejected. The descriptions of profiles below are indicative, and the listed competencies and tasks should in no way be considered as exhaustive.

For this assignment, Beliris is looking for a multidisciplinary team including an Application Architect/Technical Lead.

The Application Architect/Technical Lead has, among others, the following responsibilities:

• Developing complex functionalities;
• Technical support for development teams;
• Implementing integrations;
• Conducting code reviews;
• Optimizing performance and maintainability;
• Supporting releases and deployments.

The assignment is a time & material mission. In case the actual duration will be longer than the estimated timeframe, the remaining tasks will be subject to a possible extension.

Assignment Organization

The services are carried out on the basis of separate orders according to the needs of Beliris.

Depending on the nature of the assignment, one or more profiles may be deployed simultaneously for:

• new projects;
• extensions of existing applications;
• maintenance and support;
• optimization processes;
• migration and modernization initiatives.

Beliris reserves the right to deploy profiles flexibly according to priorities and available budgets.
