Beliris has been actively investing in the digitalization of its processes and applications in recent years. Increasingly, the Mendix low-code platform is being used for the development of new applications and the modernization of existing solutions.

To ensure the continuity, maintainability, and further evolution of this application landscape, Beliris wishes to engage a team of specialized Mendix profiles. These profiles will be deployed for the analysis, development, extension, optimization, integration, and support of existing and any future Mendix applications.

The assignments may relate to:

• the development of new functionalities;
• the maintenance and optimization of existing applications;
• the integration with internal and external systems;
• improving performance, security, and user experience;
• supporting migration and modernization processes;
• analyzing and implementing new business needs;
• drafting technical and functional documentation;
• knowledge transfer to the internal teams of Beliris.

The work will be carried out according to Agile/Scrum principles and in close collaboration with the business departments, the ICT department of Beliris, and any external partners.

The awarding of the assignment is based on the price and the skills of the proposed candidates.

The actual start and number of days of this assignment depend on obtaining the required budget. Therefore, the awarding of the assignment does not give any right to the actual orders for one or more parts of the assignment.

All requested certificates and documents must be attached to the CVs. Documents must be accessible for validation purposes. Without these documents, your profile may be rejected. The descriptions of profiles below are indicative, and the listed competencies and tasks should in no way be considered exhaustive.

For this assignment, Beliris is looking for a multidisciplinary team including a Mendix Developer.

The Mendix Developer has, among others, the following responsibilities:

• Developing functionalities and user stories;
• Creating screens, microflows, and integrations;
• Performing tests;
• Preparing technical documentation;
• Supporting maintenance activities.

The assignment is a time & material mission. If the actual lead time is longer than the estimated duration, the remaining work will be subject to a possible extension.

Assignment Organization

The services will be performed based on separate orders according to the needs of Beliris.

Depending on the nature of the assignment, one or more profiles may be deployed simultaneously for:

• new projects;
• extensions of existing applications;
• maintenance and support;
• optimization processes;
• migration and modernization initiatives.

Beliris reserves the right to deploy profiles flexibly according to priorities and available budgets.
