RVA is looking for a team lead to manage the reporting team. In addition, it is expected that sufficient technical expertise is present to work together with the team members to evolve the reporting operations into a modern, future-oriented, and sustainable solution.

As team lead, you focus on the personal guidance of the team members. You ensure support and assist them with the change management necessary to transition to a modern way of working. You make sure there is alignment with the business and that the strategy of management ICT is communicated.

On a technical level, you have knowledge of Power BI, you understand how a data warehouse is structured, and you know the best practices for collaborating on a data warehouse with special attention to data quality.
