The main responsibility of the BI lead consultant is to organize the implementation of integrated reports, dashboards, and possible alerting based on MS PowerBI for the following reporting needs:

• Internal financial reporting based on SAP ECC6 data and other sources
• Customer service-related reporting based on SAP ISU data and other sources
• HR-type reporting (such as dashboards and absenteeism reports, workplace accident reports, using different databases including older technologies like Software AG, Windev, etc.)
• Annual reporting on CSRD & Taxonomy

In managing the implementation, the consultant will be responsible for defining requirements and aligning with the proposed technical design, while complying with PowerBI governance and solution architecture.

Establishment and management of PowerBI governance.

Implementation of a PowerBI maintenance process based on Vivaqua rules.

Throughout your assignment, you will comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.

Assignment execution modalities:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the contract execution and may be required to deliver up to 350 man-days over a period of approximately 2 years, based on a 32-hour workweek, during VIVAQUA's business days.
• The services will be executed at least 3 days per week onsite at the VIVAQUA Headquarters, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is hereby informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 19:00) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account VIVAQUA's service continuity requirements and the constraints related to the projects managed by VIVAQUA when planning their leave and must agree in advance with the Managing Officer on this matter.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the "Code of Conduct for External Service Providers" of VIVAQUA.

Additional information:

• The assignment may be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of: 880 working days.
