Since 2016, Fedasil has been developing the Match-IT software, which streamlines important basic processes, provides a higher level of knowledge about the target group and operational realities, and relieves colleagues in the field of as many time-consuming administrative tasks as possible. More broadly, Match-IT supports all basic processes for resident identification, accommodation center management, and social support. The challenge for the coming years is to make existing processes even more flexible, user-friendly, and efficient, while continuing to focus on the administrative efficiency of the application.
