Business Analyst - Continuity Management / Disaster recovery
For the Staff – Risk Management department, a Business Analyst with knowledge of Business Continuity Management/Disaster Recovery is sought to take on the following tasks:

Risk and Impact Analysis: Conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) within the energy market operations (specifically CMS 2.0) to identify critical (business) processes and recovery times (RTO/RPO). Coordination with the DNBs and other market parties is crucial.

Plan Development: Drafting, implementing, and maintaining the Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and the Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).

Advisory: Supporting Atrias, DNBs, and vendors in understanding their responsibilities during a crisis.

Documentation: Updating the BCM/DR documentation and procedures.
The emphasis of the assignment lies in the first part, namely identifying and analyzing critical (business) processes in order to determine the recovery times.
Context/Requirements:
Atrias is a subsidiary of the Belgian distribution network operators. The obligation to develop business continuity is anchored in the articles of association of Atrias. In addition, Atrias processes large amounts of personal data and must strictly comply with privacy legislation.
Atrias is an essential entity under the Belgian NIS2 legislation. Atrias develops and supports IT systems for the Belgian energy market (Central Market System, Prepayment platform, …). These systems and the services provided by Atrias must meet strict requirements regarding continuity.
