BUSINESS ANALYST

As part of the evolution and maintenance of the WBFIN platform (a budgetary and accounting solution based on SAP) for SPW, the ERP (digital) service center analyst supports the business (SPW-Finances) in their requests for corrections and developments along three main axes:

For improvement requests: Review and challenge to avoid low-value features and/or over-engineered solutions (Simplification / Performance)

For UAT of releases / projects: Support for the business

For tests carried out by external applications (both service providers and business teams): Coordination of tests

Currently, an internal analyst is handling this support, but it is necessary to quickly set up an additional external resource in order to handle the workload (number of requests), ensure the quality of support provided to the business, and proper coordination with external service providers and SPW Digital teams.

EVALUATION METHOD
