We are looking for 2 candidates for this position.

Function:

As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for supporting projects aimed at the digitalization and optimization of business processes related to pension calculations in the Employee and Civil Servant sectors.

In this context, you are responsible for the analysis and formalization of processes and requirements.

As a change agent, you facilitate collaboration between multiple stakeholders within business and IT projects.

More specifically, you analyze, optimize, and model business processes.

You support the business in change management related to the optimization or automation of processes.

You work closely with business architects, project managers, program managers, and IT teams.

The candidate has concrete experience within an organization with more than 1,000 employees.

The candidate has concrete experience in the public sector.

The assignment requires a physical presence of at least 2 days per week at the SFP offices in Brussels.

The assignment will probably be extended for a second year.
