Context :

With more than 10,000 employees spread throughout the Brussels region, STIB-MIVB is a key player in urban mobility. As part of our digital transformation, we are migrating from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA via the strategic Magellan program. For the HR domain, this involves a brownfield migration with a strong focus on reporting and data quality.

Despite a brownfield migration for Human Resources activities, impacts on the organizational structure, data model, roles, and authorizations are inevitable and will inevitably affect reports. Unfortunately, existing reports cannot be transferred to QM4 and will need to be rebuilt.

YOUR MISSION:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you play a central role in the reconstruction of HR reports in Query Manager 4 (QM4). You analyze the impact of the migration, rebuild the reports, and ensure the proper transfer of authorizations. You also support stakeholders and collaborate closely with the HR Metrics teams, Process Owners, Key Users, and IT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Impact analysis of the migration on HR reporting in S/4
• Reconstruction of reports in QM4 (not transferable from QM3)
• Ensure that the authorization roles established in QM3 are reproduced identically in QM4
• Coaching and training of users (HR and non-HR)
• Collaboration with Data Analysts, IS, and project teams

WORK LOCATION:

In order to facilitate and optimize project follow-up, this project will be largely based at our premises at Atrium – rue Royale 76 Koningsstraat – 1000 Brussels.
