Business analyst HRflow

At least 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an HR environment.

Demonstrable experience within a social secretariat or within a medium/large organization with complex HR processes.

  • Strong knowledge of core HR processes:
  • onboarding / offboarding (JMLR)
  • contract types
  • time registration
  • absences & payroll
  • role and access management

Experience with HRIS systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, Attentia, E-Blox, Partena, Group S, Acerta, Protime, etc.).

Understanding of data quality, data models, and data flows between HR and IT (APIs, SCIM, CSV-flows, identity lifecycle).
