Business analyst HRflow
At least 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an HR environment.
Demonstrable experience within a social secretariat or within a medium/large organization with complex HR processes.
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes:
- onboarding / offboarding (JMLR)
- contract types
- time registration
- absences & payroll
- role and access management
Experience with HRIS systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, Attentia, E-Blox, Partena, Group S, Acerta, Protime, etc.).
Understanding of data quality, data models, and data flows between HR and IT (APIs, SCIM, CSV-flows, identity lifecycle).
