Business Analyst medior

As Incident, Problem and Change Analyst (PCA) BT (Batch Treatment), you will be responsible at Atrias for analyzing problems and changes occurring on the CMS platform (Central Market System), and more specifically within the Bill and Settlement domains. You monitor the incidents and problems as well as your proposed solutions, ensuring they are implemented. You participate weekly in consultation sessions with various stakeholders, namely the Vendor and the energy distributors, during which the situation, problems, and solutions are discussed.

It is therefore necessary not only to demonstrate a good analytical mindset and creativity, but also openness to the ideas of other stakeholders. We do everything to create a pleasant working atmosphere and to ensure optimal cooperation between colleagues. It is important that everyone contributes to this mindset. Our employees have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.

Work is done in self-managing teams: everyone, depending on their role, is responsible for the tasks assigned to them. You work autonomously and proactively, managing your own tasks according to priorities and raising any incidents or problems within your team. If necessary, you provide feedback on internal processes if these hinder you from performing your work optimally.

The CMS project is one of the largest IT projects developed in the energy market in recent years. This ambitious project is central to the operation of the Belgian energy market.

The Atrias offices are located in a beautiful area, just a 5-minute walk from North Station. Atrias offers its employees good flexibility regarding teleworking (the current situation is at least 1 day per week in the office, but this may change).

The introduction of these standards and the new central market system should facilitate the exchange of data about the Belgian energy market between suppliers, transmission system operators, and distribution system operators.
