Position:

As a business analyst within the new entity PensionFollowUp, you are responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and finding solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of an organization. You play a crucial role in understanding the business strategy, translating substantive requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring successful project implementation. And, last but not least, you feel at home in a dynamic and flexible environment, where digitalization and automation are central.

Technical and generic competencies

• Analyzing business processes: you identify and analyze existing business processes to gain insight into strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. You work together with stakeholders for this.
• Identifying needs: you collect the business needs of stakeholders and the organization and translate them into clear and measurable requirements.
• Solution design: based on the requirements, you design solutions and propose alternative approaches to improve business performance. The technical teams assist you in assessing the feasibility of the solutions.
• Project management support: you support the project team in preparing the project plan and managing risks, and they help you identify bottlenecks and make any changes to the project plan.
• Communication and collaboration: you are the bridge between business and IT. You communicate with stakeholders at various levels and ensure that everyone shares the same vision.

The candidate must be willing to work at least 2 days per workweek in the offices of the Federal Pension Service in Brussels.

The assignment will likely be extended by a year.
