Business Analyst Senior
Position
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will join the departments of RIZIV to support projects aimed at digitizing and optimizing business processes. You play an active role in several business projects focused on the digitization and optimization of the processes within the RIZIV departments.
RIZIV is a federal government institution; you will work in a bilingual environment with both Dutch-speaking and French-speaking civil servants.
Responsibilities
The Business Analyst organizes the meetings and workshops needed to understand and map out the business processes as desired by RIZIV.
He/she writes the documents required to define the processes, so they can be directly used by developers to implement the solution.
He/she acts as a conduit to translate business language into ICT language.
Throughout the project, he/she ensures that the implemented solution matches the solution described in consultation with the Business.
Profile sought:
- Experienced consultant in organization/processes, able to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders (ideally with knowledge of the mutual sector and compensation/disability processes).
- Solid experience in organizational transformation, with the ability to work closely with an IT architect to develop a target architecture.
- Mastery of business challenges, ability to structure and formalize needs, with a good understanding of operational requirements and IT constraints.
- Experience with data modeling or in projects focused on data quality is highly desirable.
- Helicopter view and sense of synthesis.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills (team spirit, diplomacy, persuasiveness, writing and presentation skills).
- Experience in mixed public/private environments is a plus.
Behavioral skills

You are familiar with negotiating and managing multiple stakeholders.
You have experience with Agile-type projects.
You are familiar with test preparation/coordination.
You are familiar with managing and organizing workshops and analyzing requirements.
