We are currently looking for a Business Analyst & UI/UX Designer to join our growing client, a European Institution based in Brussels!

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and translate business and user needs into clear requirements, user stories and functional specifications;
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and other technical teams;
• Map user journeys, workflows and business processes to identify improvements and define effective solutions;
• Contribute to UI/UX design, including user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, using Figma or equivalent tools;
• Ensure solutions are intuitive, consistent and aligned with usability and accessibility principles;
• Support development teams throughout implementation, testing and user acceptance;
• Produce creative and original graphical proposals.

Background & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with significant exposure to UI/UX design;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, user stories and process modelling;
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1);
• Hands-on experience with UI/UX methodologies, wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma;
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery;
• Knowledge of frontend development (Angular, PrimeNG, HTML5, CSS3) is a strong asset.
