The Business Analyst Agences IT operates in a context of structuring and transforming the tools and processes of the Agencies, with significant challenges in aligning business needs with IT solutions.

Main Mission

Analyze, structure, and formalize the business needs of the Agencies, and translate them into clear and actionable deliverables for IT teams, in order to secure decisions, budget estimates, and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of Agencies’ business needs based on existing materials (IT matrix, pre-analyses, documentation)
• Organization and facilitation of workshops with agency managers
• Clarification of business processes, data flows, and integration points between Salesforce and other systems
• Modeling of processes and user journeys
• Writing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
• Building and prioritizing a structured backlog
• Defining a target functional architecture (target model)
• Support for functional testing and follow-up until handover to technical teams
• Close collaboration with project governance, IT referents, and business stakeholders
