Business Analyst/Project Manager

Function

As the Business Analyst of the Scarlet team, consisting of one developer and three junior developers, you are responsible for conducting a needs analysis for the Exit-APSoft component (exit from a legacy system) that concerns external benefits. Based on this, you will perform a functional analysis that will enable the development team to implement the application solution.

As an agent of change, you facilitate collaboration between multiple stakeholders within business and IT projects. More specifically, you analyze, optimize, and model business processes. You support the business in change management related to process optimization or automation. You work closely with business architects, project managers, program managers, and IT teams.

As project coordinator/project manager for the Exit-APSoft of external benefits, you will be required to:

  • Ensure the planning, organization, and overall coordination of the external benefits migration project according to defined objectives.
  • Manage the human, technical, and budgetary resources necessary for the successful execution of the project.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensure communication between teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Ensure the delivery of the external benefits migration project on time, with the expected quality, and in compliance with business requirements.
