We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead a mission within the ONSS Employer Accounts team.

This involves participating in various projects aimed at modernizing the employer accounts system: Digicore.

For this mission, the analyst should have experience in:

• Requirements trawling
• Oral and written communication
• Solution defense
• Presentation techniques
• Proficiency in Dutch and knowledge of French
• Description and execution of test scenarios (including automated testing)
• Documentation of solutions

They should be:

• Autonomous, resourceful, and not introverted
• Capable of demonstrating a synthetic mindset
• Capable of demonstrating some cross-functional thinking

They should demonstrate the following technical knowledge/experience:

• Tools: Jira, Confluence, EA is an asset
• Languages: SQL, XML, YAML
• Data modeling, process modeling, use cases, UML, BPMN, REST modeling (Swagger and OpenAPI), principles of microservices architecture
