• Description:
• You will reinforce the team responsible for data modeling and Power BI reports to support the business
• You will perform functional analysis of source data for Data Engineers in preparation for BI needs
• You will independently build dimensional data models so that the Data and Reporting Analysts (DRA) can build high-performance dashboards on top of them
• You will provide complex reports and dashboards for the business and support the DRA in developing/maintaining dashboards
• You are jointly responsible for ensuring that the right insights are provided in the BI layer

• You will maintain the existing universes in Power BI and support the Data and Reporting Analysts who use the universes as a source for visualizations/reports

• Profile requirements:

• Experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, visualization)
• Experience in SAP BI (universe designer)
• Experience with data modeling, data warehouse, reporting, data visualization, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL

• Able to quickly acquire business knowledge

• Assets:

• Experience with the business domain HR
