With the help of the Business Analyst and the Business and Solution team, the junior project manager will be required to:

• Analyze the business and functional needs of the organization
• Translate these analyses into proposals
• Ensure that the improvement proposals meet the business needs
• If necessary, suggest appropriate corrections or adaptations
• Participate in the coordination of ongoing and/or upcoming projects
• Act as a facilitator in interactions with other stakeholders, both internal and external
• Interact constructively and collaboratively with the various departments involved
• Design and provide the appropriate documentation to stakeholders and users
