C++ Developer
Flemish Brabant (2 days per week)
For one of our clients active in the HR and payroll solutions sector, we are looking for a C++ Developer to join a 12-person team dedicated to the maintenance and evolution of an internal human resources management application.
Your challenge
- Participate in the evolutionary maintenance of an internal HR software;
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients;
- Contribute to the stability, performance, and modernization of the solution;
- Collaborate on the future rewrite of the application in a quality-oriented and continuous improvement environment.
What we expect from you
- Strong knowledge of the C++ language;
- Good command of Windows systems;
- Knowledge of the MFC (6.0), Stingray, Chilkat, and Hyperview frameworks;
- Experience with Oracle and MS-SQL Server databases (SQL, T-SQL, PL-SQL, tuning, administration);
- Good level of spoken and written French;
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, pragmatism, and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a small team while remaining autonomous;
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP).
Your additional assets
- Knowledge of OLE DB, DAO, VBA, or the BEID framework;
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools;
- Interest in the fields of HR management, payroll, or accounting;
- Basic understanding of technical English and/or Dutch.
