The Change Manager Data is responsible for shaping, guiding, and embedding changes within the Product Line Data. In close collaboration with the overarching Change Manager and the Director of Personnel, Communication, and Organization, this role ensures a coherent strategic course, a broadly supported approach to change, and a sustainable growth path for employees.

The Change Manager Data acts as a link between strategic objectives and operational change, supporting the data domain in embracing new ways of working, processes, technologies, and roles.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in change management within data environments, who can think strategically as well as guide teams hands-on through transformation.

Profile

• Analyzes and evaluates the current strategy of the Product Line Data
• Refines and implements the change strategy for the entire Product Line Data in line with the broader organization and change management strategy
• Analyzes the maturity of the data organization and identifies needs regarding structure, roles, processes, and competencies
• Develops and strengthens the competency matrix of data profiles and guides employees in their growth path
• Facilitates change trajectories within data initiatives such as data platform transitions, data quality programs, process digitization, governance implementations, or new tooling
• Informs and involves stakeholders across the various teams
• Stimulates adoption and behavioral change through workshops, communication, coaching, training, and continuous feedback mechanisms
• Ensures change evaluation via KPIs regarding adoption, maturity, team satisfaction, and process effectiveness, and works closely with the overarching Change Manager and Director of Personnel, Communication, and Organization for this purpose

The duration of the assignment can be extended by mutual agreement in periods of 12 months, within the limits of the framework agreement of the Facility Company.

Price adjustments are not allowed, except for indexation during the assignment, which is permitted after each period of 12 consecutive months.

Termination by the service provider: the contractor may terminate the agreement at any time by registered letter and subject to one (1) month's notice.

Termination by AG Digipolis Antwerpen: AG Digipolis Antwerpen may terminate the agreement at any time by registered letter and subject to one (1) month's notice.
