Coaching Cloud Azure
As part of the implementation of Azure Cloud Foundations, TEC is seeking an Expert Azure Cloud Architect. The main responsibility of the candidate will be to coach and support the internal team in the design, deployment, and industrialization of cloud foundations, as well as in the definition and implementation of governance related to the use of Azure cloud.
The deployment of Cloud Foundations is carried out in compliance with the principles of Azure Landing Zones and the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework.
Main Responsibilities
- Coach and support internal technical teams (skills development, best practices, architecture reviews)
- Implement Azure Cloud Foundations according to Microsoft standards
- Define, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and governed Azure Landing Zones
- Implement cloud governance (policies, management groups, RBAC, security, compliance, costs)
- Implement Azure Well-Architected Framework best practices
- Design and deploy advanced network architectures (Virtual WAN, hybrid connectivity)
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments
Required Expertise
- Experience as an Azure Cloud Architect
- Proven expertise in the implementation of Azure Landing Zones (Minimum 2 projects)
- Confirmed experience in coaching and supporting technical resources
- Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
- Proficiency with Terraform for Azure infrastructure deployment
- Expertise in Azure security services, including:
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Azure Sentinel
- Experience in the implementation of:
- Azure Virtual WAN
- CI/CD pipelines based on GitHub (GitHub Actions)
- Expertise in Azure cloud governance (policies, security, compliance, costs)

Workload: 1 day / week
Remarks
- The candidate must possess the minimum required skills and experience (roles/skills)
- The candidate must have perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written
- The assignment will be carried out mainly on-site in Namur on a full-time basis
- The candidate must be flexible and may potentially need to travel to our various business units located in Wallonia to meet with certain departments
- Consulting days are 8 hours
Two fixed telework days are possible.
Monday cannot be teleworked; on-site presence is required.
Except in agreement with the team manager, working hours must correspond to the same hours as internal employees, namely:
- The start of the day must be between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., the lunch break must be taken between 11:45 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and the end of the working day must be between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Therefore, presence times from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. must be respected.
