The ONEM is looking for a Cobol analyst-programmer. You will be responsible for maintaining existing applications and will also take charge of developing new applications. In consultation with your colleagues, you are responsible for converting a functional analysis into technical specifications as well as for the development of applications in Cobol. You are also responsible for carrying out unit and integration tests for the developed applications. You support clients for validation tests and write documentation for the developments carried out. You communicate with the client regarding the execution and implementation of the requested development. Finally, you share your knowledge, experiences, and documentation with other team members.

Holder of a bachelor's degree in programming, you have proven and recent experience as a COBOL analyst-programmer (legacy management, defects, root cause analysis, etc.) and can demonstrate successful experience in an Agile environment. For your role, you have successful experience in assistance by AI. You can demonstrate successful experience with the following technologies and tools: SQL, Java, .NET, Git, Github, Angular, or Spring Boot. Given the nature of our institution, you can demonstrate successful professional experience related to the IPSS. Finally, you are perfectly bilingual FR/NL and have a good knowledge of English.
