The ONEM is looking for a Cobol analyst-programmer.

• You are responsible for the maintenance of existing applications and you are also in charge of developing new applications.
• In consultation with your colleagues, you are responsible for converting a functional analysis into technical specifications as well as for the development of applications in Cobol.
• You are also responsible for carrying out unit and integration tests for the developed applications.
• You support clients with validation testing and write the documentation for the developments carried out.
• You communicate with the client regarding the execution and implementation of the requested development.
• Finally, you share your knowledge, experiences, and documentation with other team members.

Trilingual FR-EN-NL and holder of a degree in computer science and a COBOL Development Track certification, you have successful and recent experience as a COBOL analyst-programmer and can demonstrate proven experience in an Agile environment.

For your role, you have successful experience in data analysis. You can demonstrate successful experiences with the following technologies and tools: SQL, JCL, Microfocus, Java, C#, web services development, and use of Git/GitHub tools/platforms.
