ABOUT THE POSITION

The person is responsible for supporting project leaders and operators in the transfer of construction and delivery from contractors to operation by the users.

Areas of responsibility:

• Planning, leading, organizing, and monitoring projects with the aim of realizing them efficiently and with quality, within the set objectives of time, budget, and regulations.
• Coordinating work within projects, determining the required competencies of the project team, and directing and supporting internal and/or external project staff with the goal of executing projects (cost-)efficiently and in a high-quality manner.
• Building and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a point of contact and reporting on the progress and results of the projects with the aim of optimizing collaboration and promoting acceptance.
• Being responsible for compiling and keeping the project files up to date, including documentation and the accompanying administrative and procedural follow-up, with the aim of having a complete and correct set of inventories, diagrams, procedures, securing the information, and complying with applicable legislation and regulations.
• Providing, developing, and/or inventorying proposals for the optimization of infrastructure or applications, with the goal of ensuring the organization has optimal equipment and operation of resources.
• Acting as the leading official in the context of public procurement to ensure that the final realization meets the needs.
• Embedding change management in the projects to ensure that the change caused by the project is embraced and supported within the organization.

Degree: Master of Engineering

Experience & competencies:

• Experience with commissioning installations and/or project management, specifically with the commissioning of projects with an investment cost higher than 10 million €.
• Maturity and leadership skills to lead teams of engineers; open to a medior profile with the right mindset.
• Project-based working, with experience in managing various medium to large projects.
• Multitasker: able to coordinate the commissioning of multiple projects simultaneously.
