The Data Specialist supports the VIVAQUA Data Manager, to whom he/she reports directly, within the scope of the missions listed below. He/she also works in collaboration with the Data Specialist.

Main mission: carry out data lineage, ensure the collection, analysis, and valorization of data with a view to automation in order to support decision-making and the continuous improvement of processes:

Analysis and understanding of needs

• Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders.
• Formalize business requirements in structured documents (BRD, specifications, user stories).

Data management and processing

• Analyze data sources and their quality.
• Document flows, transformations, and business rules.
• Participate in the implementation of automation processes.

Technical collaboration with IT

• Work closely with Data teams.
• Work closely with IT.
• Validate the technical feasibility of requirements.
• Follow up the implementation and test the deliverables.

Establish links between data lineage and process description

Throughout your mission, you comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.

The mission start date will be determined by mutual agreement between VIVAQUA and the candidate.

Terms of execution of the mission:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially work 440 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA’s opening days.
• Services will be performed at least 3 days per week in person at VIVAQUA’s Headquarters, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that he/she is not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the need for continuity of service at VIVAQUA and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning vacations, and must agree in advance with the Managing Official on this matter.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the “Code of conduct for external service providers” of VIVAQUA, this document being available upon request.

Additional information

The mission may be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of: 880 working days.
