The Data Specialist supports the VIVAQUA Data Manager, to whom they report directly, within the framework of the missions listed below. They also work in collaboration with the Data Specialist.

Main mission: perform data lineage, ensure the collection, analysis, and valorization of data with a view to automation in order to support decision-making and continuous process improvement:

Analysis and understanding of needs

• Gather and clarify needs from stakeholders.
• Formalize business requirements in structured documents (BRD, specifications, user stories).

Data management and processing

• Analyze data sources and their quality.
• Document flows, transformations, and business rules.
• Participate in the implementation of automation processes.

Technical collaboration with IT

• Work closely with the Data teams.
• Work closely with IT.
• Validate the technical feasibility of requirements.
• Monitor implementation and test deliverables.

Establishing links between data lineage and process description

Throughout your assignment, you comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.

The mission start date will be determined by mutual agreement between VIVAQUA and the candidate.

Terms of mission execution:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may be required to provide potentially 440 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, on a 40-hour per week basis, during VIVAQUA’s opening days.
• The services will be performed at least 3 days/week onsite at VIVAQUA’s Headquarters, potentially discontinuously, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
• The consultant is informed that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) without the express authorization of VIVAQUA.
• The designated consultant must take into account the continuity of service requirements of VIVAQUA and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning their leave and must agree in advance with the Managing Official on this matter.
• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the “Code of Conduct for External Service Providers” of VIVAQUA, this document being available upon request.

The mission can be renewed for a maximum duration (including the initial duration) of: 880 working days.
