The Data Specialist supports the VIVAQUA Data Manager, to whom he/she reports directly, in carrying out tasks related to the implementation of the data strategy: steering, governance, management, use and automation of data at the organization level, implementation of a Data architecture, and dissemination of the Data culture within the company.

As part of this mission, the following key responsibilities are included:

1. Data Management Governance
   Further development of PMO governance for the various initiatives related to data governance

2. Data Valorization
   Development of data use cases: reporting, analyses, automation, AI

3. Reporting Strategy
   Define the organization of reporting developments to be set up (centralized in IT, decentralized in the departments, hybrid, ...)

4. Continuing the development of the Data architecture
   Data lineage
   Ensure the link between data lineage and process descriptions

5. Steering automation projects for reporting, in coordination with IT

6. In partnership with IT, define a mechanism for prioritizing reporting developments

7. Implementation of Data culture in change mode
   Promote awareness of data governance and management rules
   Raise team awareness regarding data management and their role in the value chain (data culture)
   Encourage cross-functionality and interdepartmental collaboration to break down silos and facilitate information flow

Throughout your mission, you comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.

The mission start date will be determined by mutual agreement between VIVAQUA and the candidate.

Terms of execution of the mission:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially deliver 440 man-days spread over a period of ± 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA's business days.

• Services will be performed at least 3 days per week onsite at VIVAQUA's Headquarters, potentially on a non-continuous basis, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.

• The consultant is informed that he/she is not authorized to work overtime or outside of office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 19:00) without the express permission of VIVAQUA.

• The designated consultant must take into account the need for continuity of service at VIVAQUA and the constraints related to the projects it manages when planning leave and must agree in advance with the Managing Official on this matter.

• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the "Code of Conduct for External Providers" of VIVAQUA, this document being available upon request.

The mission may be extended for a maximum duration (including the initial period) of: 880 working days.
