The Data Specialist supports the VIVAQUA Data Manager, to whom they report directly, in tasks related to the implementation of the data strategy: steering, governance, management, use and automation of data at the organizational level, setting up a Data architecture, and promoting a Data culture within the company.

Within the framework of this mission, the following key responsibilities are included:

1. Data management governance
   Continued development of PMO governance for various initiatives related to data governance

2. Data valorization
   Development of data use cases: reporting, analyses, automation, AI

3. Reporting Strategy
   Define the organization of reporting developments to be implemented (centralized in IT, decentralized in departments, hybrid, ...)

4. Continued development of Data architecture
   Data lineage
   Ensure the link between data lineage and process description

5. Steering automation projects for reporting, in coordination with IT

6. In partnership with IT, define a prioritization mechanism for reporting developments

7. Implementation of Data culture through change management
   Promote awareness of governance and data management rules
   Raise team awareness about data management and their role in the value chain (data culture)
   Encourage cross-functionality and interdepartmental collaboration to break down silos and streamline the flow of information

Throughout your mission, you will comply with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 regulations.

The mission start date will be determined by mutual agreement between VIVAQUA and the candidate.

Mission execution details:

• The designated consultant will be assigned full-time to the execution of the contract and may potentially provide up to 440 man-days spread over approximately 2 years, based on a 40-hour work week, during VIVAQUA’s open days.

• Services will be performed at least 3 days per week on-site at VIVAQUA’s Headquarters, potentially in a non-continuous manner, unless express exemption is granted by the Head of the IT Department.

• The consultant is notified that they are not authorized to work overtime or outside of office hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm) without the express permission of VIVAQUA.

• The designated consultant must take into account the needs for continuity of VIVAQUA’s services and any constraints related to the projects managed when planning their leave and will coordinate in advance with the Managing Officer on this matter.

• The designated consultant must comply with the provisions of the “Code of conduct for external service providers” of VIVAQUA, which is available upon simple request.

The mission may be extended for a maximum duration (initial duration included) of: 880 working days.
