Mission:

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors consultant to ensure the ongoing maintenance and development of OTW's solution.

The consultant must be certified in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management module (consultant Associate level). They must have at least three implementation cycles of this module as experience. Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing is required. Finally, good knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics reporting tool is also required.

The consultant will be responsible for configuring OTW's solution in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing modules, as well as in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics in ongoing maintenance mode. They will also be responsible for maintaining the interfaces between SAP-ECC (Rise) and SAP SuccessFactors People Profile.

The consultant will work closely with the OTW SAP SuccessFactors functional analyst.
