Coordination Cybersecurity Hospital Sector

Develop and implement the Cyber Program strategy (Defined and approved with the Cyber Program Steering Group):
Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the program (with stakeholders)
Propose improvement solutions
Regularly inform the Cyber Program Steering Group about progress, challenges, and decisions to be made.
Communicate the strategy to the sector:
Draft circulars
Send information Flashes
Share application forms
Respond to emails related to the Cyber Program sent by hospitals to the eHealthCare mailbox
Collect information and resources from hospitals (requests, documents, reports).
Verify that the program rules are respected by hospitals and contact them as needed.
Build and maintain the ‘Cybersecurity For Hospitals’ SharePoint.
Organize Peer Reviews.
Collaborate with the Finance service of the FPS Health on the following processes:
Budgetary: Calculate the budgets for the coming years for each hospital and communicate to the financing service the exact allocations and corresponding rights;
Royal Decree: communicate to the teams the rules in place that will need to be followed in the coming years
Manage the relationship with the central purchasing body Shield vzw.
Monitor actions and progress.
Organize the Shield Steering Committee every quarter.
