RIZIV is strongly committed to digital transformation and innovation through artificial intelligence. In this context, we are looking for a Copilot Solution Expert responsible for analyzing, developing, migrating, and managing Agentic AI Copilot Agents.

You will play a key role in building intelligent solutions that support and automate business processes, with a strong focus on quality, security, and continuity.

Your Role

As a Copilot Solution Expert, you combine technical expertise with business insight. You work on improving existing solutions as well as developing new AI-driven applications within the Microsoft 365 environment.

Responsibilities

Analysis & Solution Design

• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders
• Analyzing needs, processes, and existing SharePoint environments
• Drawing up solution roadmaps and architecture proposals
• Developing functional and technical specifications
• Designing AI solutions using, among others, Copilot Studio
• Evaluating migration scenarios and associated risks

Development & Implementation

• Developing and implementing Copilot Agents for various RIZIV services
• Optimizing existing AI solutions
• Building workflows and automations with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI

Maintenance & Support

• Supporting end-users and key users
• Validating solutions and resolving technical issues
• Guiding acceptance tests and production implementations
• Documenting technical and functional solutions

Adoption & Knowledge Sharing

• Organizing trainings and workshops
• Creating training materials
• Actively guiding change management and adoption of AI solutions

Your Profile

• Strong experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio (AI Agents)
• Thorough knowledge of SharePoint Online (content management, governance, collaboration)
• Extensive expertise in the Power Platform:
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Power BI
• Analytical and strong in process optimization
• Able to clearly translate complex technical concepts to business users
• Experience with change management and digital adoption is a plus

Language Skills

• Dutch: very good (speaking, writing, understanding)
• French: very good (speaking, writing, understanding)
• English: good reading and listening skills
