CSDM Implementation Consultant in ServiceNow

We are seeking an experienced consultant to provide support and technical expertise in the implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM v5.0) on the ServiceNow platform.

The consultant will be responsible for guiding and advising our teams through the “Foundation”, “Crawl”, “Walk”, “Run”, and “Fly” stages of the implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to design, configure, and deploy the CSDM in ServiceNow.
• Analyze and assess current IT service management processes.
• Design and implement solutions based on the CSDM to improve the efficiency and quality of services.
• Implementation Validation: Develop and execute use cases to validate the implementation of the model.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose improvements to optimize the use of the CSDM.
• Support the implementation and stabilization of the CMDB (in standard with the CSDM model), the links between Assets & CIs, as well as the reference tables in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of different implementation methods of Service mapping in ServiceNow.
• Analyze and implement the definition & management of “Lifecycle management” in the CMDB & in concepts related to the CSDM.
• Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform & its various modules, as well as the links between them.
• Good knowledge of the implementation of operational & strategic processes in ServiceNow (based on the CSDM model).
• Good knowledge of ITSM processes in ServiceNow.
• High-level knowledge of NIS 2 regulation.
• Knowledge of Portfolio management in ServiceNow is a plus.

Soft skills:

• Ability to operate & work in a complex environment (from both a technical & organizational perspective).
• Ease of communication with both operational teams and strategically oriented teams.
