Mission Description

You will work within the CSO and report to the Security Business Development Manager.

The consultant’s mission will be to define and structure the complete phishing awareness strategy for STIB, taking into account the organizational specifics (10,000 employees, varied profiles) as well as the Microsoft 365 technical environment.

The main responsibilities include:

• Conducting a context and maturity analysis based on an initial assessment.
• Defining a comprehensive awareness strategy (12 to 24 months).
• Designing a catalogue of phishing campaigns (scenarios, difficulty levels, target audiences).
• Contributing to the internal multi-channel communication plan, in partnership with the relevant stakeholders (CSO, internal communication, etc.)
• Defining KPIs, maturity indicators, and associated dashboards.
• Providing knowledge transfer to ensure STIB’s autonomy in the future management of the campaigns.
• Carrying out end-to-end campaigns -> study, implementation and configuration, collection and analysis of results.

Additional information: The mission can be extended for a maximum duration (including initial duration) of: 880 working days.
